The Huron Country Playhouse is getting some funding. MPP Lisa Thompson was at the Playhouse in Grand Bend Thursday to announce that the Playhouse would be getting $178,000 through the Celebrate Ontario program. Thompson says Celebrate Ontario is an initiative for festivals and events.
Thompson says that the investment shows that the provincial government recognizes the importance of rural Ontario.
