
Middlesex County OPP were called on March 19th just before noon to a report of a break and enter at a residence on Sylvan Road in North Middlesex. Upon investigation, it was determined that an unknown individual or individuals forced entry into two storage sheds overnight and stole approximately $10,000 worth of tools, including a firearm. The investigation is ongoing.
Later that same day just after 7pm, Police tell myFM, they and Middlesex-London Paramedic Service responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on Sylvan Drive in North Middlesex. The lone rider was arrested at the scene and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. As a result of the investigation, a 62-year-old from Strathroy, has been charged under the Criminal Code with Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
