Middlesex County’s Committee of the Whole recently recommended draft plan approval for a proposed 10.3-hectare subdivision in Mt. Brydges, subject to conditions. The development, known as Westdell Edgewood North, was recently endorsed by Strathroy-Caradoc and aims to create 54 single-detached lots with full municipal services, along with two natural heritage blocks. The subdivision is planned for the southwest area of Mt. Brydges, north of Parkhouse Drive and east of Rougham Road.
