The provincial election is coming up this THURSDAY…and myFM is helping you get to know our LOCAL CANDIDATES.
Today, the spotlight is on Andy Fisher, the candidate for the New Blue Party in Lambton-Kent-Middlesex. Fisher is a 34-year-old man, who’s lived in Chatham-Kent his whole life. His political experience so far comes from running for Mayor of Chatham-Kent in 2022. Fisher tells myFM why he decided on the New Blue Party.
Fisher hasn’t been very impressed with Doug Ford.
We asked Fisher what the top priorities are for the New Blue Party of Ontario?
Fisher says they’d also like to get rid of safe injection sites, and stop promoting drug use. As for the very early election call by Doug Ford?
We asked Fisher, how he’s been promoting himself in other parts of the riding.
Fisher says the best way to contact him if you’d like to chat or just want more information about him or the New Blue Party is through email at andyfisher@hotmail.ca
Also on your ballot for the upcoming provincial election will be incumbent Steve Pinsonneault for the Progressive Conservatives; Kathryn Shailer for the NDP; Cathy Burguardt-Jesson for the Liberals and Andraena Tilgner for the Green Party of Ontario.
