Salthaven Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Centre is holding their Second Annual Bottle Drive Fundraiser! They will be collecting empties (beer and liquor, bottles and cans) from March 1st until April 30th. Today at the Tri-Township Arena in Mount Brydges there will be a free skate from 1pm- 2:20pm, hosted by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 251.

At the Middlesex County Library in Strathroy today, join them from 5-6pm for Video Game Jam! Come drop in and play a variety of video games, including Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros. and Minecraft. For ages 8-18.
At the Middlesex County Library in Parkhill there will be a Free drop-in program for families with children 0-6 years old from 9am-11am today. Each Play & Learn program will offer a play-based learning opportunity in one of the indoor library program spaces. Activities planned by EarlyON facilitators encourage positive parent and child interaction and inspire play and learning!
There will also be a Baby Time Program from 1-3pm at the Parkhill Library. Each Baby Time program will offer a play-based learning opportunity in one of the indoor library play spaces. Open Spaces Outdoor Adventures at the Coldstream Conservation Area is set to go tomorrow from 10am until Noon. Join the Middlesex County Library as they enjoy free play and adventures in learning in the great outdoors. They let the kids take the lead in these nature-based programs. Dress for the weather. Please bring a blanket for the circle time. Best suited for children 2-6 years of age, but children from 0-6 years old welcome. Registration is required. On Friday, Legion Catch The Ace is set to go at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 116, in Strathroy from 4:30pm- 7:30pm.

The Strathroy Rockets are in action on Friday night as they take on The St. Thomas Stars in playoff action. Puck drop is set for 7:30pm at the Joe Thornton C.C. in St. Thomas.
If you feel you have what it takes to play with the Strathroy Rockets, fill out a Prospect Form on their website as they are looking for new players to join them on the ice next season.
