During the December 12 Council meeting, the Middlesex County Public Works Association presented $38,500 to local charities from proceeds generated at the 2023 Annual Public Works Trade Show. Hosted at the Gemini Sportsplex in Strathroy on June 7-8 as part of the Association of Ontario Road Supervisors (AORS), the event involved multiple entities, including Middlesex County, AORS, and various municipalities and businesses. With 240 vendors and 2000 attendees, the show successfully raised$38,500 for charitable causes in the County. Here is a complete list of beneficiaries.
