If you are looking for some fun Halloween activities for the kids, for the first time ever Strathroy is hosting Spooky Saturday, taking place on this Saturday (October 28th) from 4-7pm at the Fairgrounds Recreation Complex.
Kait Topham, Booking and Events Coordinator for Strathroy-Caradoc says they have a fun lineup of events planned for the day.
She also says the idea to host the event on a weekend came from her own family.
There will also be two food trucks and an ice cream truck, and no pre-registration for the event is required.
The municipality will also be accepting donations of school snacks, which will go to Youth Opportunities Unlimited.
