Coming up April 24th, Doctors and nurse practitioners will begin seeing patients at a new location 351 Frances Street, Strathroy. Thames Valley Family Health Team health care providers – dietitians, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists, respiratory therapists and social workers will also move to this new location on the same day. The current location at 31 Caradoc Street North, will close for all health services at end of day on Wednesday, April 19. There will be no after hours service on Thursday, April 20th and Friday, April 21st. Patients are encouraged to go their nearest Emergency Department if they need urgent care. Patients with appointments booked after April 24, 2023 have been advised of the new location on Frances Street. Contact information on our website.
