Windsor will now be the site of a highly anticipated trial in the Superior Court of a man with Strathroy connections accused of running down and killing four members of a London Muslim family. During pre-trial motions last summer it was ordered that a change of venue occur for the jury trial of 22-year-old Nathaniel Veltman from London and formerly of a Strathroy area egg production facility. He is charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder. Windsor was the site ordered by Regional Senior Justice Bruce Thomas slated to begin September 5th and is scheduled for 12 weeks. This month, pre-trial motions continue on January 23rd.
