Today is Volunteer Appreciation day here at 105.7 myFM. We would like to highlight an avid volunteer for 10 years now with the Strathroy-Caradoc Lion’s Club. Mariette Desjardine is the current treasurer and past president of the club. She felt it was the right fit to join the club.
The Lion’s support a lot of activities in Strathroy which resonated with Mariette.
And to anyone out there who is not quite sure if they should bite the bullet and volunteer, Mariette says this.
