The Middlesex London Health Unit reports that four nursing and retirement homes in the London area reported outbreaks of COVID-19 with seven seniors being treated for the virus. Test results through the Health Unit show one person tested positive at Seasons Retirement Community in Strathroy, one at Chelsey Park in London, two are being treated at Grand Wood Retirement, and one at Henley Place. Across the province in nursing and retirement homes at least 40 people have died of complications linked to COVID-19.
