Early this morning, the Adelaide Metcalfe Fire Department responded to two separate incidents involving tractor-trailers on Highway 402, just west of Centre Road. The calls came in around 4:50 a.m., reporting that both trucks had slid into the median.
Fire crews checked for any fluid leaks and helped control traffic, as the roads were very slippery due to black ice. Paramedics assessed all drivers, and luckily, no injuries were reported.
OPP is reminding drivers to be cautious on icy roads.
