
Most Canadians will be voting in new ridings in the coming federal election. Of the 338 old ridings, only 48 remain the same, five new ridings were added and one in Toronto was eliminated. Our former riding of Lambton-Kent-Middlesex is now Middlesex-London stretching in the east all the way to Dorchester but skipping around most of the city.
Spokesperson for Elections Canada, Diane Benson explains why we see changes.
