The federal election was called Sunday and so far, we know of three candidates running in our new riding of Middlesex-London, which replaces our former riding of Lambton-Kent-Middlesex.
Kent Keenan has been acclaimed as the Liberal candidate, incumbent MP Lianne Rood is again running for the Conservatives, and Cynthia Ann Workman will represent the People’s Party.
Those wishing to run in the federal election have until April 7th to register as a candidate. The election is set for April 28th.
