Strathroy-Caradoc firefighters are reminding residents about the importance of clearing snow away from vents and fire hydrants. Fire Prevention Officer Jayson Chabot says check around your house.
Chabot says covered hydrants can be dangerous.
Chabot says be sure to also clear snow and ice away from natural gas metres and vents. They can be a carbon monoxide hazard.
