Ryan McLean owns Hollybush Farms Grass Fed and Finished Beef, just south of Kerwood. He says they started with grass fed and grass finished in 2015 and it’s been going very well.
McLean says they’ve seen an increase in business since the pandemic, as customers like to know where their food comes from and their social media posts have really helped them promote their business. He says it’s all about buying local and keeping things fresh. They butcher once a year and the benefits of grass fed and grass finished beef are well known.
