If you are a resident in Strathroy’s Walmart, Twin Elms and Collins Way areas, you may want to clear your evening tonight. There will be a virtual neighborhood open house regarding a proposed development for the West side of Saxton Road just south of Walmart. The project aims to build two seven-story apartment buildings comprising 160 residential units, featuring a blend of 1- & 2-bedroom units. During the session, you’ll also learn about the developer and the planned operation and management of the project. It’s happening tonight from 6-7:30pm with a presentation at 6:05pm.
Strik Baldinelli Moniz (SBM) Ltd. has been enlisted as the land use planners by 2102603 Ontario Inc. to facilitate the acquisition of necessary planning approvals. This open house, organized by Strik Baldinelli Moniz (SBM) Ltd., serves as an avenue for input and discussion regarding the proposed development.

The proposed development comprises 160 residential units, featuring a blend of 1- & 2-bedroom units. The current Site Plan outlines provision for 1.1 parking spaces per unit, with 11 designated visitor parking spaces. Each unit will boast private amenity space in the form of a balcony. Additionally, a spacious at-grade outdoor common amenity space is centrally located, complemented by rooftop outdoor amenity spaces on both proposed buildings.
