Starting today, Youth Opportunities Unlimited will be offering employment support at various library locations to those ages 18-30 who are looking for a job. Liz Saldivar-Collins says this will be a month long event that kicks off today in Glencoe from 1-4pm.
Saldivar-Collins recommends bring your Social Insurance Number, government ID, a resume if you have one and an idea of your employment goals.
No registration is required and full list of dates and locations can be found on our website
While the event is being held at various libraries throughout the month, there will not be a date at the Strathoy library location as Saldivar-Collins noted people can stop in at Y.O.U anytime and receive the same support.
