After a rigorous recruitment process, which entailed assessing multiple candidates through numerous interviews, an offer of employment has been extended to Jayson Chabot for the role of Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Prevention Officer. This position entails enforcing regulations such as the Ontario Fire Code, Fire Protection and Prevention Act, as well as various other codes, standards, and by-laws. Duties include conducting public fire safety education, fire prevention inspections, and fire investigations across all building classes and occupancies.
