The final four communities for Kraft Hockeyville were announced this past weekend and this year the final four are Cochrane Alberta, Wolseley Saskatchewan, Enderby British Columbia, and Elliot Lake Ontario. In our area, Brooke-Alvinston fell a little short eventhough being the most active community locally, sharing over 2,000 stories, photos, and notes during the first phase.
Last year, West Lorne was the Kraft Hockeyville winner, and this year, the winning community gets to host an NHL preseason game and receives $250,000 to go towards arena upgrades. Voting for the winning community will open on March 29th at 9am.
