Back to School means back to making lunches for our young students.
Healthy lunches play a vital role in ensuring students’ overall well-being and academic success while promoting better concentration, improved mood, and sustained energy levels, making it easier for students to stay focused and engaged in their learning.
Moreover, healthy school lunches instill positive eating habits from an early age, setting the foundation for a lifetime of well-being and good nutrition.

Labonte says there are some things you can do to help improve the odds that what you pack will get eaten.
Get them involved too, have them help pack their own lunch.
As for saving money, purchase bigger packs of crackers instead of small individual servings and put them in reusable packaging, stay away from name brand foods, and pre-packaged processed options.
