The Association in 2025, although still focused on community betterment, is committed to a complete restore of Strathroy’s first motorized fire truck, a 1929 Ford Model “A”. Following its last restoration four decades ago, this cherished antique is beginning to show the wear of decades spent inspiring and bringing joy to our community. Revitalizing this historic vehicle will ensure its legacy continues to ignite pride in our community for generations to come. Fundraising events are scheduled to support financing this project throughout 2025.
