Coming up this Thursday for residents in the Mount Brydges area, there will be a LDS Consultants Inc. Virtual Community Open House to learn more about a proposed draft plan of subdivision for Falconbridge Drive, east of Adelaide Road. The proposal is for 111 single detached lots, three blocks for medium density residential uses, two stormwater management blocks,
a block for active parkland uses, an open space block, an open space buffer block, reserve blocks and a network of public road allowances.
This open house is being held for public input and discussion. Happening Thursday starting at 6pm, and the application also requires that a statutory Public Meeting be held by Strathroy-Caradoc Council at a future date. You must pre-register to attend this event.

by video, please download the ZOOM application in advance of the meeting. You will be sent the link to the ZOOM meeting a few days prior to the event.
