The Middlesex London Health Unit has named their new temporary Acting Associate Medical Officer of Health. Dr. Karalyn Dueck will be taking on the role beginning on September 12th for an initial period of six months. The AMOH plays a critical role in protecting and promoting the health of London and Middlesex County residents. Dr. Dueck brings experience as a physician in Public Health and Preventative Medicine. The role had been vacant since Dr. Alex Summers was promoted to the role of Medical Officer of Health in March.
