We do ask you to remember if you are a daily follower of the health units COVID page that the number of confirmed cases reported daily is likely an underestimate of the true number of people infected in the region.
myFM has updated numbers from the health unit incorporating the last full week dating back to July 5. Strathroy-Caradoc was confirmed for 8 new cases over this past week, and continues to hover around the 13 active case mark whereas Adelaide Metcalfe has not had a new case in almost two months being May 16th. Newbury was also confirmed for a new case for the first time in 2 months for that community. The region itself continued to rise in active cases going up another 60 over the last week to currently sit at 352.
