Strathroy-Caradoc Police are investigating a theft from Walmart. On Wednesday November 24th around 5pm, the suspect entered Strathroy’s Walmart, selected a gas powered generator from the outdoor display prior to entering. Once inside the man attempted to return the generator, but was denied due to not having a receipt, so he left the store making no attempt to pay for the generator. The item is a Firman 1700INV, black/yellow. Video surveillance of the man shows he is a white male, wearing a black sweat shirt with white writing on it, black hat, blue jeans and black face mask. The video also shows him walking with a limp. The suspect was last seen leaving the parking lot operating a black Jeep Liberty. Anyone with information about this suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers or Strathroy-Caradoc Police.
