
He’s got the first week under his belt and admits it’s been a great experience so far. Ken Phillips is the new General Manager at the St. Clair Region Conservation Authority. In mid-October it was announced he would replace Brian McDougall who retired after a 30-year stint with the authority.
He joins the authority with over 25 years of experience in the environmental sector including a combined 15 years as General Manager of Conservation Halton and Crowe Valley Conservation Authority.
