Mainstreet Credit Union and the Board of Directors have announced their new President and CEO, Chris Inniss, who will start September 7th.
The board began to search for a new leader when the current President and CEO Janet Grantham announced her plans for retirement.
Chris has an extensive background in financial services with banks and credit unions, his most recent being the President and CEO of Pathwise Credit Union in Oshawa. He also attended Western University where he got his BA and MBA.
Chris said he is excited to work with Mainstreet’s team, adding “We have a tremendous opportunity to continue to be a financial services leader in Southwestern Ontario, as well as transform to a more digital organization while maintaining what sets us apart and differentiates us: caring for our members’ financial well-being and our commitment to communities and local businesses.”
He will be relocating the London area with his family, as he gets ready to take on the role.
