Strathroy saw its first legal cannabis shop open up this past March on Front Street. True North Cannabis opened their doors right downtown in what used to be the old police station, bringing with them a range of products to accommodate any cannabis user and their preferences. Assistant General Manager Charmella Penchuck said that as the first legal cannabis dispensary in town, it was important for them to open the door to the controversial conversation surrounding the industry.
Over the few months they have been open, True North has gotten to know members of the community, and have seen nothing but support from everyone. Offering free delivery since the start of the lockdown, as well as online ordering and pick up options has helped business continue to grow.
True North Cannabis is a chain of Cannabis dispensaries, with 11 currently open across the province, and five listed online as coming soon.
The Strathroy location has daily deals, including Tasty Tuesday, where you can get 10% off selected edibles, Wellness Wednesday with 10% off Selected CBD items and Thirsty Thursday which offers 10% off Selected drinks. Each day of the week has a special, which are all listed on their website.
