Locally, a fresh surge in COVID 19 infections in London – Middlesex and he’s concerned about that. Kernohan says infection numbers really
took off in late April and early March.
Kernohan says the positivity rate from COVID tests reached almost 30% and the government’s response to the increase feels painfully slow.
