The real estate market in many parts of Ontario is on fire. In the Strathroy-Caradoc region, Realtor Nicole Miller with Century 21 Red Ribbon Realty says demand is fueling a sellers market.
Miller says any predictions as to how the market would be was difficult due to COVID.
She says people are moving into the area increasing the demand for listings which are currently at a historically low level. The Canadian Real Estate Association says the London – St. Thomas region has seen a 25-30% year over year increase in home prices.
