Hydro One is going to be lending a hand. The company announced recently a pandemic relief fund as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. The release from Friday, March 13th, says funding will be provided to help customers who have difficulties paying their bills due to financial hardship from the virus. In addition Hydro One will also offer increased payment flexibility and they will be extending their Winter Relief program, which halts disconnections and reconnects customers experiencing hardship during cold months.
