On October 30, around 9:30am, Police say an unknown man walked into the Walmart in Strathroy loading up some items into a basket and then entered the men’s fitting room. The male then exited the change room with a significant amount less of items. The male was confronted by Store staff and took off running. The man was seen as having a very large tattoo or birthmark on the right side of his neck.
