On Wednesday October 30th, 2019 between 5:30 am and 5:35 am a break and enter occurred to the Gemini Sportsplex located on Adair Blvd in the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc. Three suspects gained entry to the Gemini by prying open the front door. The suspects targeted the ATM machine; once it was dislodged from the floor, they dragged it outside and loaded it up in the back of a pickup truck they then fled in the truck last observed on Second Street. Police investigation revealed that the pick up truck used in this break and enter and theft was stolen earlier in the night from London Tire Sales on Albert Street Strathroy. The truck is described as a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, black in colour, Ontario licence AV35763, the truck has a black metal cage on the bed (used for transporting tires)
SUSPECT 1- Male, Med build, approximately 6 ft. tall, wearing a black
Adidas hooded sweater with the hood up with white lines down the arms.
The male was wearing black gloves and a black mask or bandanna covering
the lower portion of his face. Blue jeans grey t-shirt under sweater, and
black shoes. (This male was observed on camera carrying what believed to
be a screwdriver).
SUSPECT 2- Male, stocky build approx. 5’9 to 5’11 ft. tall. Black hooded
sweater with the hood up, purple gloves with black mask or bandanna
covering his lower half of his face. The male was wearing dark blue jeans,
and brighter blue shirt under black sweater, and black Nike running shoes.
(This male is on video carrying a tire iron).
SUSPECT 3- (DRIVER) – Male, 5’10-6 ft. tall, wearing a white hooded
sweater, black jacket over top, possibly a ball cap, also appears to be
wearing gloves and a mask. The stolen pickup truck was recovered later in the day in a subdivision off Second Street.
