POLICE REMINDER FOR DRIVERS AND FARMERS DURING HARVEST
9/12/2018 9:51:01 AM

Love browsing the aisles at the farmers market at a snails pace, taking in all the sights and smells of the fresh produce. But hate getting stuck behind farm equipment while in the car. Without this big, bulky, often slow moving vehicles, much of that fresh produce would not make it to your table. Strathroy-Caradoc Police Constable Mark Thuss says motorists should really take a breath during harvest season. He says it could be worse.

-----------

----------- Constable Thuss says the tractors of yesterday were much slower and did not have lights or signals, requiring them to use a Slow Moving Vehicle sign...limiting them to 40km/h.
