BREAK AND ENTERS KEEP HAPPENING
Strathroy-Caradoc Police continue to investigate break and enters. On August 20th between the hours of 9am and 4pm, a residence on Falconbridge Drive Mount Brydges was broken into. Suspects gained entry by forcing a rear door open. Once inside suspects ransacked the residence. A large amount of electronics, jewelry, clothing, hand tools, two chainsaws, and five rifles were stolen. Estimated value of stolen property is estimated at $20,000. On August 16th between 7:30am and 4:30pm, a residence on Century Dr. Mount Brydges was broken into. Suspects gained entry by forcing a door open to the residence. Suspects stole a quantity of clothing, jewelry, and electronics. On August 27th at approximately 11:55pm, police went to a residence on Front Street, Strathroy for a report of a break and enter. Police found that it appeared suspects gained entry through a basement window. A window in the garage was also found to have been smashed. There did not appear to be anything taken in the break and enter. Sometime overnight of August 28th - 29th. A break and enter occurred to a business on Queen Street Mount Brydges. Suspects damaged the doors in an attempt to gain entry, suspects eventually were able to gain entry. Nothing appeared to have been taken. Anyone with information on these break and enters is asked to contact the Strathroy-Caradoc Police or Crime Stoppers.
