Plenty of off season changes for the Strathroy Rockets both on the bench and the front office. President Don Windsor remains at the helm of the organization, last year's Assistant General Manager Kent Coleman is now the team's new GM and Director of Hockey Operations as Mike Bondy will not return as Head Coach and GM but will remain with the team as a Hockey Director and Advisor. The team's coaching staff is now all former Rockets as Jason Furlong moves up to Head Coach joined by Assistant Coach Mitch McNeil and new Assistant Coach Joey Pikul. Bondy will be focusing on spending more time with his children's hockey activities as a coach in the Bluewater system and focusing on his Hockey Development business. Furlong says he likes the coaching staff this year and is excited about it.

On the ice the team has signed some personnel as of late, signing blueliner Blake Hull and forward Carson Perry coming from the Lambton Jr Sting program and last year with the Petrolia Midgets. The Rockets also signed Strathroy's Hunter Monkhouse and Lambeth's Wesley Poirier. Monkhouse played this past season with the London Jr Knights Major Midget team and appeared in 6 games last year as an affiliated player with Strathroy. Poirier played last year with the Lambton Jr Sting Major Midget team.
