The people of Lambton-Kent-Middlesex re-eleced Progressive Conservative MPP Monte McNaughton last week as we know. He will join Ontario's new Premier Doug Ford at Queen's Park, after forming a majority PC government, ending the Liberals 15 year run. We caught up with Lambton-Kent-Middlesex PC MP Bev Shipley who says the voters made an exceptional choice.

McNaughton had 55% of the vote with 27,877 out of 50,371 votes cast in the riding. NDP's Todd Case came in second with 16,791 votes... coming in third with 3138 votes was Liberal Mike Radan... and the Green Party's Anthony Li got 1655 votes.
