ITUNES INTERNET SCAM
6/7/2018 7:11:43 AM

Strathroy-Caradoc Police are warning the public about a recent iTunes internet scam. Police say that people are contacted by email and are told that there are unpaid charges on their iTunes account. The fraudsters request that they must be paid back in iTunes gift cards to take care of the issue. Police say that legitimate organizations will not contact you asking for payments in iTunes gift cards. If you believe that you may be the victim of a fraud, contact the police and report it. For more information on frauds you can contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre or Strathroy-Caradoc Police.
