TRAFFIC COMPLAINT LEADS TO CHARGES
Public traffic complaint leads to charges. On Sunday of this past weekend, around 3:30 in the afternoon, OPP responded to a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driving on Parkhill's Main Street. Officers arrived to the area and found the vehicle on Elginfield Road. The officer determined that the 39-year-old, male, driver of the vehicle had been drinking, the driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing. As a result of the police investigation, A North Middlesex man has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
