    With 2018 here, myFM continues its look back at 2017 today with Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MPP Monte McNaughton who says that the thing that bothered him the most in 2017, was how the province responded to criticisms of our provincial hydro system.

    He adds that even though the province isn't going in the direction he'd like, he's proud that his private members bill passed second reading. McNaughtons' bill looks to require natural gas providers to clearly state how much consumers would be required to pay as a part of the government's plan to establish a cap-and-trade program for carbon emissions
