Winter is coming to Blyth next summer. The Festival of Thrones will take place next year on June 2nd and 3rd and celebrates George RR Martin's Game of Thrones, and other popular medieval fantasy titles. The event follows in the footsteps of the now sold-out Festival of Wizardry taking place this weekend. Enjoy live music, jousting with 'The Knights of Valour', shopping at licensed and craft vendors, learning archery/hatchet throwing, playing archery tag provided by The Hood Archery Games, and more. Saturday will act as the all-ages festival day, and Sunday as Fandom day with special guest panelists, guest signings, and great workshops. There are also limited VIP Lords and Ladies tickets that can get you in both days, early admission, priority seating, and more. In addition to the Festival of Thrones, Transfigured Town Inc. will host the Festival of Space and Time sometime next year, and the Festival of Wizardry 2018 tickets will be going on sale in the near future. Cowbell Brewing Company will host all of the events at their new 111-acre outdoor event space. President of Transfigured Town Inc. Nathan Swartz says that Cowbell will not only be hosting, but will be providing delicious brews fit for a king.

Tickets for the Festival of Thrones are already available for purchase and can be found at
