MOTORCYCLE ROLLOVER

A motorcycle rollover was the call as members of the Oneida Nation of the Tames First Nation Police Service and Oneida Nation Paramedic Services responded on July 13th just before 8:30pm. Upon arrival, police concluded that the motorcycle travelling on Clara Road had lost control and had flipped several times. Officers determined that the 37-year-old male driver had been drinking and a check of the motorcycle showed that it was stolen. The driver was arrested and transported to a medical facility via ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. Breath tests conducted at the medical facility, confirmed the driver's blood alcohol level exceeded the legal limit. The female has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Driving While Impaired (Alcohol), Driving with more than 80 mgs., Fail to Comply with Probation Order and Drive While Disqualified.
