Strathroy-Caradoc has a new Deputy Police Chief. The Police Services Board announced this week that after an application and interview process with two candidates that Staff Sergeant Paul Landers will be the new Deputy Chief and he says he's looking forward to the new road ahead.
Landers says his focus is to continue to build relationships with the community and partners like CMHA, Victim Services, the WRRC and others. He became a sworn officer as a Constable with the London Police Service in 1988, and came to Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service in September of 2000 as a Constable. Landers has fulfilled the duties of Patrol Constable and Sergeant, then the role of Communications Sergeant, supervising our 911 Communications Dispatch Centre.
