MISSING STRATHROY MAN MYSTERY SOLVED IN ELGIN COUNTY

The mystery is over for Strathroy-Caradoc Police after a month long search has ended in Elgin County. Elgin County OPP say that no foul play is suspected after a male body was found south of Dutton on March 7th. myFM has confirmed with Strathroy-Caradoc Police that the identity of the body found in Elgin County has been positively identified as missing person Brenton Wallis of Strathroy. OPP located the 54-year-old Wallis in the area of John Pearce Provincial Park after being contacted by a concerned citizen. Strathroy-Caradoc Police issued the missing person bulletin in early February as Wallis hadn't been spoken to since February 1st. The Strathroy-Caradoc Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in this case.
