With many people itching to get out and about, the Longwoods Road Conservation Area is giving people the chance during the March Break. The Conservation Area is doing guided hikes and tours this week until Friday which last about an hour, and hike times are 10am and 1pm. Conservation Education Technician for the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority Jerry DeZwart says that there will be two separate hikes offered.

DeZwart says the historic Ska-Nah-Doht village shows people what life was like with a look at a longhouse. The Conservation Area is advising people to dress for the weather and reminding them that no pets are allowed on the hike, and the cost is $4 per vehicle to attend the Conservation Area. The Longwoods Road Conservation Area is located at 8348 Longwoods Road.
